2019-01-26
In recent years, with the introduction of national policies such as the "Green Building Action Plan" and the "Action Plan for Promoting the Production and Application of Green Building Materials", as well as the mandatory implementation of the "Building Design Fire Protection Code" GB50016-2016, higher requirements have been placed on building insulation materials in terms of green building and fire prevention development.
Xintai Energy Conservation actively responds to national policies, continuously conducts technological research and development and innovation, and has independently developed STP vacuum insulation boards and inorganic material permeable A-level insulation boards (AEPS) with advantages such as low thermal conductivity, A-level fire resistance, ecological environmental protection, lightweight and thin body. These two types of A-level non-combustible green insulation materials not only provide perfect solutions and a richer variety of process choices for design, construction, and living departments, but also provide strong support for the company to maintain the core competitiveness and sustainable development of its products.
CT-STP Vacuum Insulation Board
CT-STP vacuum insulation board is currently the best insulation material in terms of insulation performance. It is based on the principle of vacuum insulation, achieving efficient insulation by maximizing the vacuum degree inside the board and filling it with core insulation materials, with a thermal conductivity of ≤0.008W(m·K).
Core Material:
The first function is to serve as a supporting framework, and the second is that the core material itself has a certain thermal resistance, which can also provide some insulation effect. The quality of the core material to some extent determines the service life of the STP board. An ideal vacuum insulation board core material should have a porous surface and uniform distribution, making it easier to achieve vacuum during the vacuuming process. After vacuuming, the internal vacuum degree is high, and there will be no air leakage in the future, greatly increasing the service life.
High Barrier Gas Film:
It is composed of aluminum foil and other materials, and its quality has the most obvious impact on the finished board. Aluminum foil itself has a certain degree of air and water permeability. If the selected aluminum foil has high air and water permeability, the service life of the finished board will not be very high.
Desiccant:
Its main function is to ensure that the service life of the STP board can match that of the building. Existing literature and German industry standards prove that as long as the internal pressure of the STP board is below 100Pa, it can ensure a thermal conductivity of ≤0.01W/(m·K). To prevent a small amount of air from leaking into the STP board during use, placing a desiccant inside the STP board can absorb this portion of gas, further ensuring the service life of the STP board.

Inorganic Material Permeable A-Level Insulation Board
The inorganic material permeable A-level insulation board is supported by low-density polystyrene boards, with inorganic adhesive as the main body, using a special process to ensure that the inorganic adhesive fully coats and merges with the polystyrene particles, achieving the characteristics of non-combustible insulation materials.
Technical Parameters of Inorganic Material Permeable A-Level Insulation Board:
Apparent Density: 130±15 kg/m3
Compressive Strength: ≥0.02 MPa
Tensile Strength Perpendicular to the Board Surface: ≥0.1 MPa
Thermal Conductivity: ≤0.05 W/(m·K)
Dimensional Stability: ≤0.1%
Tested by the National Building Materials Quality Supervision and Inspection Center to reach A2 level non-combustible.
