1. Workshop Workers (100 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Under 45 years old, junior high school education or above;

2. Physically healthy, hardworking; able to seriously comply with the company's management system, obey the arrangements of company leaders, and complete production tasks on time;

3. Salary: Above 4000 yuan (piecework pay, more work, more pay).

2. Engineering Budget Specialist (10 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Under 45 years old, no gender restrictions, college degree or above, priority for majors related to engineering cost, budgeting, etc.;

2. More than 2 years of relevant work experience, proficient in engineering cost management; able to adapt to short-term business trips and work independently; proficient in using CAD, WORD and other office software; registered cost engineer preferred;

3. Salary: 4000-6000 yuan or more.

3. Aluminum Plate Bending Machine Operator (5 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Male, under 45 years old, no educational restrictions;

2. Proficient in operating aluminum plate bending machines, able to complete production tasks with quality and quantity as required by the company.

3. Salary: Above 5000 yuan.

4. Quality Inspector (5 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Under 45 years old, college degree or above;

2. More than 2 years of quality inspection work experience, able to obey the company's unified arrangements, serious work with a strong sense of responsibility;

3. Salary: 3000-5000 yuan.

5. Dimension Decomposition Staff (2 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Under 35 years old, vocational school education or above;

2. Proficient in using office software and CAD, priority for accounting majors with CAD foundation, serious work, strong sense of responsibility, and obey management;

3. Salary: 3500-6000 yuan.

6. Warehouse Management Personnel/Statistician (2 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Female, under 35 years old, vocational school education or above;

2. More than 2 years of work experience, mainly responsible for the entry and exit of raw materials and finished products, as well as production volume statistics in the workshop, proficient in using office software, strong sense of responsibility, and good team cooperation awareness;

3. Salary: Above 2800 yuan.

7. Marketing Manager (10 people)

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above (excellent candidates can be relaxed), more than one year of building materials sales work experience;

2、Strong learning, communication, expression, and organizational coordination abilities, with a strong willingness for self-improvement;

3、Passionate about work and innovative spirit, with a certain psychological endurance;

Salary: Base salary + commission.

8. Construction Worker/Project Manager (5 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Male, under 45 years old, college degree or above, priority for majors related to construction engineering;

2. More than 3 years of project management experience, able to obey the company's unified arrangements, can adapt to long-term business trips; priority for those with a second-level construction engineer certificate;

3. Salary: Above 4000 yuan.

9. Maintenance Worker (2 people)

Job Requirements:

1. Male, under 45 years old, vocational school education or above;

2. More than 2 years of relevant experience, priority for those with relevant operation certificates; able to proficiently use tools to handle basic faults of commonly used equipment in the production workshop; understand basic water and electricity knowledge, able to repair water and electricity lines in the factory area. Strictly follow safety operation procedures; work seriously and responsibly, hardworking and obedient to arrangements;

3. Salary: Above 4000 yuan.

1. Workshop employees have full attendance for 28 days a month, administrative and logistics personnel have one day off per week, and 11 days of statutory holidays per year.

2. Salary for the previous month is paid on the 25th of each month.

3. After becoming a regular employee, the company pays full social insurance, and employees do not have to bear the cost.
