The Xintai aluminum vacuum insulation panel external wall insulation system is composed of aluminum-magnesium-manganese panels with fluorocarbon coatings and micro-glass fiber vacuum insulation panels. It has advantages such as strong weather resistance, Class A non-combustibility, good insulation effect, high safety performance, and increased usable area. The thermal conductivity reaches below 0.004 W/(m·K), and the insulation effect is 8-10 times that of traditional insulation materials.
This system adopts a structure where the anchoring part and the panel are formed in one piece, thoroughly solving the core safety issue of the traditional integrated panel's anchoring components not bonding or bonding weakly with the panel. The edges of the aluminum vacuum insulation panel are formed into a wing shape in one piece, facilitating the sealing and bonding of external wall corners and ensuring a tight and stable connection between panels. This system is now widely used in the external walls and roofs of new and old public and residential building renovation projects, and can also be expanded for use in mobile homes, home appliances, aviation, and other fields.
