To recognize and encourage outstanding employees who performed excellently and worked diligently in 2021, the XinTai Energy Conservation 2021 Outstanding Employee Award Ceremony was grandly held on the morning of January 12 in the multimedia conference hall on the second floor of the company. This award ceremony honored outstanding managers, excellent employees, and advanced collectives for the year 2021. Company Chairman Wu Weihui, Executive Vice President Zhang Guangyou, and relevant senior executives, along with outstanding employees, attended the award ceremony.
The meeting first held the award ceremony for outstanding employees. A total of three major awards were presented at this award ceremony: 2 "Advanced Managers", 20 "Excellent Employees", and 1 "Advanced Collective", who made it onto the 2021 XinTai Outstanding Employee Honor Roll.
Finally, Chairman Wu Weihui summarized the award ceremony, stating that in 2021, all leaders and employees worked hand in hand, actively striving, fulfilling their duties in their respective positions, and using their work achievements to promote the company's development. In 2022, we should embrace a more vigorous spirit, unite as one, and strengthen our confidence to achieve even better results.

Through their actions, they have shown us what a sense of ownership means. They are role models for all of us to learn from and inspire our own growth.
