This product is made from an inorganic panel with a well-prepared decorative coating, using a high weather-resistant and high-strength adhesive, and expanded polystyrene board, which are compounded under high pressure. The product's protective layer uses high-pressure fiber-reinforced inorganic panels, which are high-strength,
not easily cracked, impact-resistant, and have good weather resistance. The EPS thermal insulation decorative integrated panel has good thermal insulation effect, good sound insulation effect, low water absorption rate, aging resistance, high and low temperature resistance, high mechanical strength, easy production, and easy construction,
lightweight and will not impose a heavy burden on the wall. It is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly product. The polystyrene board is made from expandable polystyrene beads containing volatile liquid foaming agents, which are pre-expanded by heating and then heated in a mold to form
a white object with a micro-closed pore structure. This product is mainly used as thermal insulation material in the thermal insulation of building interior and exterior walls and for carving various special shapes. This product has low thermal conductivity, low water absorption rate, good sound insulation
performance, aging resistance, low-temperature resistance, etc. The expanded polystyrene board has high mechanical strength, high dimensional accuracy, and is easy to process.

1. When using EPS foam board for external wall thermal insulation decorative integrated panels, its density should be above 20kg/m3, thermal conductivity < 0.035w/m·k, tensile strength > 0.15MPa, and fire rating B1.
