Product Composition: Decorative Coating+ Inorganic Panel + Rigid Foam Polyurethane + Mortar Fiberglass Cloth

This product uses rigid foam polyurethane to directly foam on the inorganic panel and mortar fiberglass cloth with a decorative coating, making it a whole, greatly increasing its bonding strength, eliminating concerns about the inorganic panel and insulation layer separating over time. The product's protective layer uses high-pressure fiber-reinforced inorganic panels, which are high-strength, not easily cracked, impact-resistant, and have good weather resistance. The lightweight polyurethane insulation decorative integrated board does not impose a heavy burden on the wall, and the construction is simple with a short construction period. This system has good insulation and heat insulation performance, and its combustion performance can reachClass A, with strong deformation resistance, not easily cracked, freeze-thaw resistant, aging resistant, good sound absorption and noise reduction effects, and it is a non-toxic, non-polluting, energy-saving and environmentally friendly product. This system is a relatively reasonable combination in the insulation decorative integrated board industry. Rigid polyurethane has a low thermal conductivity; when the density of rigid polyurethane is 35-40kg/m3, the thermal conductivity is only 0.018~0.024w/(m.k). This product is moisture-proof and waterproof, belonging to hydrophobic materials, and will not increase the thermal conductivity due to moisture absorption; it is fireproof, flame-retardant, and high-temperature resistant. After adding flame retardants, polyurethane becomes a difficult-to-burn self-extinguishing material, with a softening point that can reach over 250 degrees Celsius, effectively preventing flame spread, and polyurethane does not produce harmful gases at high temperatures.
